I have been using this product for years and I love it. It is a water-based eye makeup remover as opposed to an oil based remover. I prefer water-based any day. This product is gentle and removes eye makeup easily with a cotton ball. The bottle lasts a long time and has a convenient flip top lid. I think its a excellent product.

This is a Great, non greasy product for non waterproof mascara removal. Gentle for sensitive eyes and no oily residue. I've been using it for years. The price is also superb compared to others. I wish it came in a larger size. However, it does not work for waterproof mascara. I've found that Cover Girl Clean Makeup Remover does the trick quite nicely and at a excellent price.

I was looking for an eye makeup remover that wasn't oily and wouldn't leave a residue. This was easy to use and gentle. It doesn't leave any residue at all. I was very pleased with this product. It easily removes my long-wearing eyeliner and mascara.

This is the best eye makeup remover I have ever used. It doesn't burn my eyes, it's not greasy and it doesn't have any scent, yet it gets all of my eye make-up off effectively! Although I haven't noticed any drying side effects, I still use an under-eye moisturizer just in case. I FINALLY REALIZED IT WAS BECAUSE OF OLAYS EYE MAKE UP REMOVER WHICH HAS MINERAL OIL IN IT...I REMEMBERED THIS RIMMEL REMOVER FROM A FEW YEARS AGO AND DECIDED TO ORDER IT AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE.THIS REMOVER HAS A FLIP TOP,MAKING IT EASY TO USE...PLUS ITS OIL FREE AND REMOVES ALL OF MY EYE MAKE UP EASILY AND LEAVES NO RESIDUE.I DONT HAVE ANY MORE ISSUES WITH MY CONTACTS AS WELL. *_*
