My hair is somewhat thinner than it used to be. This made it flat, wispy --- just not nice. My mom has entirely course, gray hair. She liked it.

I could tell as soon as I washed the conditioner out that my did not feel smooth. I have fine long hair and I can use almost any shampoo and conditioner and have smooth hair. This product felt like I had washed it with elmers glue! it was not nice to the touch and to run your fingers through it was not easy. I have since been using the shampoo only and using left over conditioner that comes with hair dye. Even those make my hair nicer than this stuff! I have used the Biosilk smoothing hair product you use to style you hair and that was nice so I figured this would be positive! NOT SO
